Terms

Sentia helps you keep a record of the fragrances you own and the ones you wear, and shows you patterns in that record. The website and the app are run by Sentia, 1800 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75202, United States. Up to 3 bottles with the wear log, the catalogue and every guide are free; every bottle after the third and the wishlist are Sentia Plus, a paid plan.

• An account is optional. The app works without one.
• If you create one, use an email address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Everything you enter — bottles, wears, notes, photos, answers — belongs to you. You allow us to store it and show it back to you, and to copy it between your devices if you sign in. We do not use it for anything else. How it is stored is set out in the privacy page.

• Fragrance names, note lists and sizes are transcribed from each house's own published pages. They are there to help you, and they can be incomplete or out of date. Houses change their descriptions.
• Brand and fragrance names belong to their owners. Sentia is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any fragrance house.
• Nothing in Sentia is advice about what to buy, and nothing in it is a claim about how a fragrance affects your body.

Please do not:

• try to get into anyone else's account or data;
• create accounts automatically or in bulk;
• copy the catalogue or guides in bulk, by scraping or otherwise;
• disrupt the service or use it to break the law.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Sentia Plus is a subscription, billed weekly or yearly, that renews until you cancel. You see the price, the billing period and what the plan includes before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe under its own terms; we never see your card. In the Android app, Sentia Plus is sold through Google Play instead, and that purchase is also governed by Google Play's terms.

Cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing, or Manage in Google Play for a subscription bought in the Android app). Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Plus until the period you paid for ends, and your shelf, wears and wishlist stay yours and readable after that. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Plus is a digital service that starts the moment you subscribe. At checkout you agree to that immediate start and acknowledge that, once it has started, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts no longer applies. The refund policy applies on top.

If a price changes, account holders are told by email at least 30 days before it applies to them, with a way to cancel first.

Sentia is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Without an account, your shelf exists only on your device — if you want a copy that survives a cleared browser or a lost phone, sign in.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses above what you have paid us in the past twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and account holders are emailed before a change that affects them takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of Lithuania — unless the consumer protection law of the place you live gives you the right to bring them where you are, in which case that right is not affected.
